Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, ensuring you have enough time to review your purchase. For a smooth return, please make sure the following conditions are met:

● Items must be in original condition, used, and have original tags.
● Items must be returned to their original packaging.

We will respond to your request within approximately 3 working days to inform you whether your return has been accepted.
 
Return processing process:
If your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label.
Please follow the attached instructions to send your package.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
 
Special case:
If there are damaged, defective or wrong items in your order, please contact us immediately after receiving the item so that we can handle it in a timely manner.
 
EU 14-day cooling-off period:
If the goods are shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. Returned items are subject to the same conditions as above.

Refunds:

Please note that your bank or credit card company may require some time to process and release the refund, with an average processing time of 7-10 business days.
